Responsibilities
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding tax forms, state benefits, and departmental services.
- Process incoming applications and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and answering multi-line telephones.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records in compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with senior staff to ensure smooth daily operations and workflow efficiency.
- Represent the State of Florida professionally in person and over the phone.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driverβs License is preferred but not mandatory.
