Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transactions with 99% accuracy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries using multi-channel support (in-person, phone, digital)
- Maintain strict compliance with Arizona DMV regulations and security protocols
- Train on specialized DMV systems including MVD Online and document imaging platforms
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service queue efficiency
- Participate in monthly performance reviews and skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and fingerprinting
- Spanish bilingual certification (required for evening/weekend shifts)
- Experience with state government procedures or public sector work preferred
