Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers with precision
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding DMV procedures, fees, and documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate digital records using proprietary DMV software systems
- Verify customer identities and supporting documents per state regulations
- Process payments and issue permits, licenses, and registration certificates
- Collaborate with team members to streamline service delivery and reduce wait times
- Stay updated on DMV policy changes and implement new procedures promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn specialized software quickly

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
