Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain complex filing systems, ensuring strict adherence to federal records management standards.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Schedule and coordinate executive meetings, appointments, and domestic travel arrangements.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by preparing interview packets and conducting background verifications.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, initiating purchase orders as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a federal, state, or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
