Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-departmental service delivery to resolve resident inquiries within 48 hours
- Develop and implement community outreach programs for underserved neighborhoods
- Analyze service metrics to identify operational improvements
- Lead public meetings and town halls to gather resident feedback
- Collaborate with agencies to streamline permit/license processes
- Prepare monthly performance reports for county leadership
- Train department staff on effective public engagement protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years in government or nonprofit coordination experience
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with community engagement initiatives
- Knowledge of Florida Sunshine Law requirements
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
