Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, copying, and scanning documents with high accuracy.
- Answer incoming phone calls, screen visitors, and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist senior staff with data entry, report generation, and maintaining electronic records.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, agendas, and meeting materials.
- Manage office inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the procurement process by preparing requisitions and tracking orders.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior federal experience required. Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Communication: Professional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Background: Must be eligible to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
