Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for federal records in strict compliance with agency regulations.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including domestic and international flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Prepare, review, and process government correspondence, travel orders, and expense reports with high accuracy.
- Assist program managers and subject matter experts with daily administrative operations, including data entry and report generation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
- Support the coordination of internal meetings, briefings, and conference calls.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within a government, military, or corporate setting.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
