Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit enrollment and documentation processes
- Coordinate administrative support for healthcare programs and outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate records using federal compliance systems (VA VISTA, VBA)
- Process payroll and personnel actions in accordance with OPM guidelines
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting for departmental operations
- Facilitate inter-agency communications and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, ADA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years federal administrative or VA experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of federal HR systems (e.g., HRIS, eOPF)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 federal security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
- Pass background investigation and drug screening
