Responsibilities
- Process federal documents and maintain confidential records with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-agency communications and scheduling for executive staff
- Manage procurement workflows and budget tracking using federal systems
- Support public inquiries with professional customer service protocols
- Prepare reports and presentations for congressional briefings
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and security protocols
- Train junior staff on administrative procedures and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years federal/government administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases (e.g., SAM.gov)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and clean background check required
- Experience with federal grant management preferred
