Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit documentation and case files with 99.9% accuracy
- Process weekly payroll and travel reimbursements for 50+ team members
- Coordinate with federal agencies using VA systems and FISMA protocols
- Support public outreach events for veteran community engagement
- Maintain compliance with federal records management (NARA standards)
- Generate monthly performance reports using VA proprietary software
- Train new staff on federal administrative procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years federal government experience
- Proficiency in VA VISTA and eBenefits systems
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- US citizenship required
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Experience with federal procurement processes (FAR)
- Certified Federal Resume Writer (CFRW) preferred
