Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain classified/unclassified records in compliance with federal regulations (NARA standards)
- Process personnel actions, travel authorizations, and procurement requests through FedScope and GSA systems
- Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence drafting
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for outgoing communications and official documents
- Utilize SF-50 and eOPF systems for personnel record maintenance and updates
- Coordinate cross-agency projects ensuring adherence to FAR and DFARS guidelines
- Train staff on federal compliance procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory for federal employment)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience with federal/military background preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Knowledge of federal procurement processes (FAR/DFARS)
- Experience with HR systems (eOPF, NSIPS, or similar)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued Common Access Card (CAC)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
