Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential records, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and privacy laws
- Coordinate complex scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Prepare and edit official correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision
- Oversee procurement processes, budget tracking, and fiscal documentation
- Serve as primary liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication
- Implement and improve administrative workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Support HR functions including onboarding, records management, and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and record-keeping standards
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with diplomatic aptitude
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
