Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize executive correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Coordinate complex scheduling for multi-departmental meetings and events
- Process personnel actions, travel authorizations, and procurement requests
- Maintain digital and physical records in compliance with federal record-keeping standards
- Serve as primary liaison for interagency communications and stakeholder inquiries
- Analyze workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Support budget tracking and financial reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of federal procurement (FAR) and travel regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
