Responsibilities
- Manage confidential documents and maintain secure electronic filing systems
- Coordinate complex scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for senior officials
- Process financial transactions, reimbursements, and procurement documentation with strict compliance
- Provide exceptional constituent services via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and official communications using advanced MS Office tools
- Support HR functions including onboarding, records management, and policy implementation
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (FAR, FTR, and agency-specific policies)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in federal/government environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal procurement, travel, and records management regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
