Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate administrative functions across multiple departments including scheduling, procurement, and data management
- Utilize federal systems (e.g., VA VISTA, SharePoint) for information processing and reporting
- Provide frontline support to veterans and staff through inquiries, referrals, and problem resolution
- Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and sensitive information handling procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum one year specialized administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with federal records management systems preferred
