Responsibilities
- Manage veteran records databases with 99.9% accuracy and compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate multi-agency communication for veteran benefit programs
- Prepare official correspondence and reports using standardized templates
- Process administrative requests within SLA timelines (24-48 hours)
- Support facility operations scheduling and resource allocation
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for documentation packages
- Train staff on new administrative procedures and software systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and GSA-approved databases
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Knowledge of VA regulations and federal procurement processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
