- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and scheduling for senior leadership
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and compliance documentation
- Oversee procurement processes and budget tracking for departmental operations
- Implement and maintain filing systems for confidential information
- Support HR functions including onboarding and records maintenance
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for all outgoing communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of federal administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal record management systems
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
