Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and records management
- Process federal documents with strict adherence to VA and OMB guidelines

- Implement digital filing systems ensuring HIPAA and FISMA compliance
- Prepare official reports for congressional inquiries and performance metrics
- Train staff on federal administrative procedures and software systems
- Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and process efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal administrative experience with GS-7 equivalent
- Proficiency in GSA Advantage, SAM.gov, and federal procurement systems
- Expert knowledge of federal travel regulations (FTR) and property management
- Clearable security clearance eligibility
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Certification in Federal HR (FPMIP) or Contracting (FAC-C) preferred
- US citizenship required
