- Manage federal documentation systems ensuring compliance with 5 CFR Part 793 regulations
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and executive scheduling
- Process veteran benefit claims with zero-error accuracy
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for administrative workflows
- Support FOIA requests and privacy act compliance
- Prepare congressional correspondence and official reports
- Maintain electronic records in GSA-approved systems
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSA-approved records systems
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Security clearance eligibility (ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Experience with VA-specific software (e.g., VISTA system)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Excellent written communication skills for federal correspondence
