Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation using federal protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff
- Process personnel actions, timekeeping, and leave requests through federal HR systems
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific policies)
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate workflow assignments
- Manage office budget tracking and procurement procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal HR systems (e.g., HRIS, EHRP)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Knowledge of federal procurement procedures and record retention policies
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
