Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and filing systems in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate administrative workflows including scheduling, travel arrangements, and procurement
- Process personnel actions, benefits enrollment, and payroll documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans, staff, and external stakeholders
- Utilize VA-specific software (VBA, VISTA) and Microsoft Office Suite for data management

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
