- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff
- Process personnel actions, payroll, and benefits administration
- Prepare and maintain complex reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with VA policies and federal guidelines
- Support budget tracking and procurement processes
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of federal HR and procurement regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
