Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for senior leadership
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefing documents with strict adherence to federal formatting standards
- Maintain electronic and physical records with 100% accuracy and compliance with NARA guidelines
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service
- Process financial transactions, purchase orders, and expense reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Support cross-departmental projects by compiling data and creating presentation materials
- Implement and maintain office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a federal or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at expert level
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal procurement, travel, and records management regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience with federal HR systems (e.g., HRIS, NSPS) highly desirable
