Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefits claims with precision and compliance to federal regulations
- Manage electronic health records and maintain confidential veteran information
- Coordinate communication between veterans, healthcare providers, and internal departments
- Generate monthly reports using federal databases and Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist in onboarding new staff members and training on federal protocols
- Ensure all documentation meets VA quality standards and audit requirements
- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong attention to detail with error-free documentation skills
- Experience with federal databases or healthcare systems preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
