Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior officials including calendar management, correspondence drafting, and document preparation
- Coordinate agency-wide meetings, conferences, and special events requiring logistical oversight
- Manage electronic and physical records systems ensuring compliance with federal regulations (NARA standards)
- Process personnel actions, travel authorizations, and procurement requests through federal systems
- Serve as primary liaison for internal/external stakeholders regarding administrative policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain office operational procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Monitor and reconcile budget expenditures using federal financial management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years progressive administrative experience in federal/government environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and federal databases
- Knowledge of federal procurement, travel, and records management regulations
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
