Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling systems for 15+ senior officials using Outlook and Salesforce
- Process confidential HR documentation (SF-50s, performance reviews) with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate high-stakes interagency meetings with GSA-approved venues
- Develop automated reports using Excel VBA for quarterly performance metrics
- Serve as primary liaison for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests
- Oversee inventory management of $250K+ equipment assets
- Train staff on new federal compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years federal administrative experience with GS-5/GS-7 equivalent
- Expert knowledge of GSA travel regulations and procurement card procedures
- Advanced certification in Microsoft Office (Excel Specialist, PowerPoint Expert)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Proficiency in federal document management systems (e.g., SharePoint)
- Demonstrated experience with FOIA processing protocols
- VA-specific experience with Veterans Health Information Systems (VistA)
