Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-level executive meetings, including domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, briefing materials, and presentations with a focus on clarity, grammar, and federal formatting standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential federal records in accordance with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) guidelines.
- Process travel vouchers, purchase orders, and expense reports using the Integrated Financial System (IFS).
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing phone inquiries and routing communications effectively.
- Support the coordination of agency-wide events, training sessions, and staff meetings.
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date databases for HR-related information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a federal government or high-level corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Experience with federal travel systems (e.g., Concur) and financial management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance.
