Responsibilities
- Manage and organize complex federal filing systems and records in strict compliance with government regulations and retention schedules.
- Prepare and distribute high-level correspondence, memoranda, and reports for agency leadership.
- Coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, and record accurate minutes for federal oversight boards.
- Assist in the preparation of mandatory compliance documents, such as OF-306 and SF-50 forms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring budget adherence and availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support within the federal government or a regulated industry.
- Deep understanding of federal regulations, procurement processes, and record-keeping standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and government-specific software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.
