Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit claims with precision and adherence to federal regulations
- Manage confidential case files using secure federal systems (VA VISTA, VBMS)
- Coordinate with medical and legal teams to resolve complex veteran cases
- Prepare detailed administrative reports for senior leadership review
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and federal privacy standards

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal or regulated environment
