Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee federal program implementation across multiple agencies
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend strategic adjustments for program efficacy
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional stakeholders and OMB review
- Manage $5M+ annual budgets with rigorous fiscal oversight protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ federal contractors and employees
- Develop and maintain relationships with key congressional and agency stakeholders
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for program continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Advanced proficiency in federal budgeting systems (e.g., MAX, SF-269)
- Expert knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and OMB guidelines
- Proven track record of managing interagency initiatives
- Professional certification (e.g., CPFM, CFCM) preferred
