Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel for federal officials.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, reports, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate logistics for large-scale conferences, training sessions, and internal government briefings.
- Maintain and organize confidential government records, ensuring strict adherence to privacy regulations and data security protocols.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries and routing communications effectively.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in compliance with federal financial regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred; High School Diploma with 5+ years of related experience.
- Proven experience in federal or military administrative support roles.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft formal documents.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times.
