Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office logistics to ensure efficiency.
- Prepare and manage complex federal budgets, including tracking expenditures and generating financial reports.
- Coordinate interagency communications, prepare briefing materials, and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations, agency policies, and OIG standards.
- Manage personnel records, assist with HR functions, and coordinate staff travel arrangements.
- Utilize federal case management systems to track project milestones and document workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in federal or government administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and federal case management software (e.g., eOPF, Time and Attendance systems).
- Strong understanding of federal procurement, compliance standards, and the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
