Responsibilities
- Manage electronic/digital records systems ensuring compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and scheduling for senior leadership
- Process personnel actions and travel authorizations through VA systems
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefings using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Support budget tracking and procurement documentation workflows
- Act as primary liaison between facility staff and external partners
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in VA-specific systems (VISTA, CPRS) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
