Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain and organize complex federal records and filing systems in strict compliance with agency regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, briefing materials, and presentations for senior leadership and committees.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and meeting schedules for agency personnel and visiting officials.
- Process and review incoming documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and visitors at the facility.
- Support the procurement process by tracking orders and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a federal, state, or municipal administrative support role.
- Proficiency with government-specific software suites (e.g., SharePoint, eOPF) and standard office tools (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat).
- Strong understanding of federal record-keeping standards (e.g., NARA guidelines) and compliance protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a suitable security clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
