Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit documentation with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and scheduling
- Manage electronic filing systems and compliance records
- Provide frontline support to veteran inquiries and case management
- Assist with grant administration and reporting procedures
- Conduct data quality audits for federal compliance
- Support onboarding initiatives for new federal hires
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VISTA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Active security clearance preferred (ability to obtain required)
- Knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, DFARS)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
- Experience with veteran affairs programs preferred
