- Communicate effectively with day-shift teams and federal supervisors via secure channels.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and security clearance requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of nightly operational reports and shift summaries.
- Respond promptly to system alerts and coordinate resolution efforts.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal database systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in government or administrative roles is a plus.
- Background check and security clearance processing required.
