Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit claims with 99% accuracy and adherence to federal regulations
- Manage confidential veteran records using VA-specific databases
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications for urgent veteran support cases

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory for federal employment)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
