- Utilize VA-specific databases for tracking and reporting veteran interactions
- Support veteran intake procedures and ensure timely response to inquiries
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate veteran service transitions
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in documentation
- Experience with case management systems preferred
