Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal records in accordance with strict government regulations and data privacy standards.
- Prepare, review, and submit administrative documentation, correspondence, and reports with high accuracy.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior federal staff and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with OIG regulations, FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), and agency-specific policies.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for federal personnel and contractors.
- Process timecards, expense reports, and payroll documentation efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external federal partners.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one) is required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in federal or government administrative support roles.
- Proficiency with federal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality under all circumstances.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
