- Coordinate with federal agencies to ensure compliance with VA regulations
- Manage scheduling and correspondence for veteran outreach programs

- Support veterans through direct assistance and resource navigation
- Maintain secure electronic records in accordance with federal standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in regulated environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA-specific databases
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Knowledge of veterans' benefits systems preferred
