  • Manage High-Volume Correspondence: Receive, screen, and route incoming mail and electronic communications, ensuring timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Executive Support: Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare detailed briefing materials for senior federal officials.
  • Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential federal records in compliance with OMB Circular A-130 and agency retention schedules.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or GED required with 4 years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the federal, state, or local government sector.
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
