Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume correspondence, including emails, memos, and official federal documents with precision and speed.
- Coordinate complex calendars for senior leadership and government officials, ensuring no scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems in strict accordance with federal record-keeping regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of briefing packets, reports, and presentations for executive review.
- Process travel requests, expense reports, and procurement orders efficiently using government systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within the federal government or a contracting environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific databases (e.g., JFE, DSS).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
