Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years federal administrative experience required
- Proficiency in federal HR systems (e.g., NSPS, DEAMS)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Expert knowledge of VA regulations and 38 U.S. Code procedures
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekend shifts
