Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefits applications with 99% accuracy
- Manage secure document handling and compliance protocols
- Coordinate weekend scheduling for medical support teams
- Utilize VA systems for data entry and record maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service to veteran families
- Support quarterly audits and reporting requirements
- Maintain HIPAA/FERPA compliance standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain federal background clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm)
- Experience with federal systems preferred
- VA experience a plus
