Responsibilities
- Manage federal documentation systems ensuring FISMA compliance and audit readiness
- Process weekly payroll for contract staff using GSA-approved protocols
- Coordinate with federal agencies for procurement and vendor management
- Maintain security-cleared records in accordance with NARA guidelines
- Support congressional correspondence and FOIA request fulfillment
- Conduct internal audits for DOD and DHS contract deliverables
- Train personnel on federal ethics and procurement regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience with security clearance
- Proficiency in SF-269 and SF-272 reporting systems
- Familiarity with FAR and DFARS compliance requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills with emphasis on Excel macros
- Active NACI clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Experience with FedConnect or other federal procurement portals
