Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential federal documentation with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-agency communications and scheduling for senior leadership
- Manage travel authorizations and expense reimbursements within federal guidelines
- Support emergency response coordination during critical incidents
- Utilize federal databases (e.g., eOPF, HRConnect) for personnel records
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for administrative workflows
- Train junior staff on federal compliance procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of federal HR regulations (FPM, 5 CFR)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during emergencies
