- Manage confidential documents and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications for 15+ staff
- Generate weekly payroll reports for 200+ employees
- Train new hires on federal procedures and software
- Support veterans' inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Conduct quarterly audits of administrative workflows
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal employment)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain VA security clearance
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
