Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit claims and documentation with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate multi-agency communications for veteran service programs
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with federal regulations
- Analyze data trends to improve service delivery efficiency
- Support outreach initiatives for underserved veteran populations
- Train junior staff on federal compliance protocols
- Prepare monthly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal mandate)
- 3+ years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in federal compliance systems (e.g., VA VISTA, SAM.gov)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Expert knowledge of HIPAA and veteran privacy laws
