Responsibilities
- Analyze and process veteran benefit claims with 99% accuracy
- Interpret complex federal regulations and VA policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve benefit discrepancies
- Develop comprehensive benefit eligibility reports for senior leadership
- Train junior staff on VA benefits systems and compliance protocols
- Implement process improvements to reduce claim processing time
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure program integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of federal benefits administration experience
- Expert knowledge of VA benefits programs and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and federal HR systems
- Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
