Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients regarding federal retirement plans, disability benefits, and health insurance options.
- Process and review federal applications for benefits with a high degree of accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations and policies to ensure all advice is compliant and current.
- Conduct intake interviews and document client needs to create personalized benefit strategies.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all documentation meets federal standards.
- Manage a high volume of inquiries efficiently while maintaining a client-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in benefits administration, customer service, or the federal sector is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and security clearance verification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
